East Quadrant open house
events were informal events where the public was
invited to their NET office to look over
documents and ask questions. Each open
house followed a similar format: opening
presentation by Elizabeth Plater-Zyberk of DPZ
(representing the consultant team) followed by
short presentations from individuals
representing various homeowner associations.
After presentations, ample time was allotted for
comments, questions, and an open discussion.
